Rah-e-Amal School was started in April 1998 as a project of Rah-e-Amal Welfare Trust.

It is a School exclusively for street children and the children from severely deprived families.

In Rah-e-Amal School there is a distinct emphasis on character building which includes developing a culture of non-violence, recognizing human values, highlighting the benefits of peace and progressing towards a prejudice-free civil society thus living in harmony in an environment where every one can live with their own faith.

People are often looking to impress others. Here at Rah-e-Amal we come to understand the following truths:

* We all have problems... and we all need others!

* We simply need to be true to ourselves and to our God….we do not have to prove ourselves to anyone!

We do not depend on money or fine buildings but on a mind willing to learn and an attitude of gratitude. We should realize that all is in God’s hands. All we need to do is to try our best.
